I wanted to share my incredible experience attending the two-day Advance Property Management workshop with Vincent and Carol. It was truly an eye-opening journey into the world of property management, and I owe you both a heartfelt thank you for making it possible. Over the course of these two days, I was exposed to a wealth of knowledge that completely transformed my understanding of property management.

The techniques and strategies you shared were not only insightful but also mind-blowing. Learning that property management can be achieved without using one’s own money was a revelation. It was a paradigm shift in my approach to real estate investment. The sheer amount of new knowledge I acquired was both thrilling and humbling. The practical insights you provided, backed by your own experiences, were invaluable. It was clear that the techniques you shared had been tried and tested in the real world, and that made the learning experience even more enriching.

I would need to dedicate time to revisit the notes to understand new jargons to me like LTV, BMV, NMLI and etc to understand more on Property Management. Once again, I can’t express my gratitude enough for the opportunity to attend this class and learn from both of you. Your generosity in sharing your expertise is truly commendable.
