I joined Deal Maker Intensive since 2017, and Inner Circle thereafter. I had been doing property deals flipping since then. Accumulatively, I made more than RM500,000. I valued the support from the team, guidance from the mentors and coaching session I got.
I am thrilled to share my journey and the tangible successes I’ve achieved through the knowledge and skills gained from Deal Maker Intensive. Reflecting on achievements, I believe true accomplishment lies in the learning and growth experienced along the way. This belief was vividly brought to life through my recent endeavors in real estate.
One of the most significant milestones I achieved was the successful sale of a property, a feat I managed at a value surpassing the current market rate. This success can be directly attributed to the advanced negotiation techniques I acquired from the coaching of Karol and Vincent. The ability to apply these skills effectively not only solidified my confidence but also demonstrated the real-world impact of the course’s teachings.
Leveraging the equity released from this transaction, I embarked on an ambitious expansion, securing two additional properties by August 2023. This strategic move not only amplified my portfolio but also underscored the practical application of the course’s principles in recognizing and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Perhaps the most rewarding achievement, however, was navigating a complex deal in Damansara Dhammai with a Mandarin-speaking owner. Overcoming the language barrier and closing the deal was a testament to the versatility and adaptability I’ve developed. It highlighted my growth in deal-making and interpersonal communication, areas I could enhance thanks to the comprehensive training provided.
In conclusion, my journey since embarking on this course has been one of profound personal and professional development. The skills and insights I’ve gained have not only led to successful transactions but have also enriched my approach to real estate investment. I am deeply grateful for the knowledge imparted and the confidence instilled in me, which have been instrumental in achieving these milestones.

I would need to dedicate time to revisit the notes to understand new jargons to me like LTV, BMV, NMLI and etc to understand more on Property Management.
